We enjoyed an entertaining evening with Chef Alfredo. He has a great personality and cooked a fantastic meal! We were also served by Mason and would recommend them both.
Chef Jesse did an awesome job! My son who’s a chef himself, wanted to take us out for dinner and decided Last minute Benihanas. We made at the perfect time! Theatrical chef for sure! Food was season to perfection, the waitress did an awesome job making sure we had our drinks topped off! He even allowed my chef son to chime in on dinner tricks. Thank you Jesse for the great service! We talked about our dinner night all the way home definitely a night added to our family memories.
Jesse B was our Chef and he was fantastic. Our food was all cooked to perfection, he asked multiple times if there were any food allergies, he was interactive, our table of guests were well met, oh and Omar was on top of everything as well, our drinks were always full and both men were so happy and a great team. We will be back and we will personally request both if possible.
This was my first experience dining at Benihana and upon entering I was greeted my the friendliest host I have ever met in my life, Sydney. She warmly asked if me and my husband were celebrating a special occasion, I let her know it was our Anniversary, she congradulated us with such sincerity and warmness. She made me want to come back before I even left. The chef and food were amazing as well. A+!

Really delicious food and drinks! As always, the dinner 'show' is fun and entertaining. The chef was super personable and funny. Makes for a different and fun time. If you haven't been yet you should definitely try it out!
What a fun and great experience. We sat right on time Food was great. So many options in the menu. Jake our chef ???????? was AMAZING. He was very attentive and professional. Omar was so nice too. Great service. !!!! Perfect for birthday celebrations.
FIRST TIME HERE AT THIS LOCATION HERE IN SAN DIEGO. VERY GOOD FOOD INDEED. CHEF WAS NICE AND FAST COOKING. NICE PLACE NOT AS NOISEY AS OTHER PLACES. NICE AND COOL INSIDE NOT FREEZING. I WOULD DEFINITELY COME HERE AGAIN. THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST ONES IVE EVER BEEN TOO. AND I LOVE IT. I LIVE IN LOS ALAMITOS CA. AND THE ONE IN LAKEWOOD IS NOT THE SAME. THIS BENIHANNAS IS THE BEST IN MY BOOK.
Excellent lunch. Great entertainment. Got a picture of the onion volcano. Mothers day lunch early. At 3 the entire restaurant was full.
